First post C25K run.

After having completed the C25K programme, I am determined to keep on running. I did my first post C25K run on Sunday, but at a different park, just for a change.

It was still quite tough and I had to run very slowly - I find that the first 10-15 minutes are the toughest, after that, it's fine.

When I got through it, I felt so much better. This is my new hobby, and I'm glad I found the C25K NHS programme.

Best thing I've done in years!

Good for you 🙂

Just keep going nice and steady, incrementally going a bit further. No hurry

I am very slow to warm up. It takes me about 16 minutes to get going. I started warming up in the house before setting off to help with it 😃
