Just run for 25 mins for the second time - looking back to when I was preparing to start this programme way back last year (had a false start and had to stop and recover from a tendon injury, so started again this year) and I was so nervous - didn't know if I could actually even run for one minute as I really hadn't done that before! So happy to have got this far :)
