W5 R2

Well I did it. Two 8 min runs with a 5 min walk in between. 1st one went good and went so quick and got a bit of a natural pace but 2 mins before the last one I was struggling. Run 3 seems daunting but will give it my all.

Good for you, and well done! I did w5 r2 this morning too, it was OK on the whole and I'm just amazed at how this programme has got me this far! Good luck to us both on our nest run!!!

And welldone to you too. A couple of months ago I didn't think I could run for a minute, well in fact I couldn't rid for a minute but this programme is amazing in how it builds you up each and every run. Good luck with run 3 x

Well done to you! R3 isn't as bad as you expect it to be. Just take it extra slowly. Good luck 😊

Well done! I've just done week 5 run 1 so I'm a run behind you. I have no idea how I'm going to manage 8 minutes (let alone 20...) as I find the walking bits a really good carrot to keep me going. Good luck with run 3!

The walking bits are more than a carrot and do more for building your stamina for the running parts then you realise. They are like the stealth exercise parts. We all think were just on a rest from the running. We are not, we just pare it down to a walk for a bit. You will be fine.
