Weird I thought this would be easy but I struggled. Did it but not as well as last week. Maybe you need the nerves we had before w5/R3 to sych you up.

You're not alone. I really struggled with this one too. I think in my head I thought it would be easy after the 20 minute run W5R3 but I felt like giving up more than once and did 3 x 10 second walks when I should have been running. Did W6R2 last night and found it slightly easier but I think that's because now I'm starting to look at my watch and pace myself. Previously I found myself on the verge of tears and wanting to give up when Laura told me I was halfway through as I was convinced I must have been running forever, lol. Keep going, we will get there.

I think there's almost as much training of the mind as the body. You'd better get used to some runs feeling better than others because it's always going to be like that, it's just that your expectation of how long/quickly you run will increase as you get fitter.
