Did it. My problem was pacing myself. Only 5 minutes to start so my body said yay you don't have to go slow. It's not 20 minutes. Luckily I realised and slowed down for the other two runs so made it. Just. Helped me decide what to do after the programme as I have no time or interest to do more than 10 K. So I think it will be picking up speed. It's when I run fast I enjoy it. For now it will be keep it slow and finish the programme. Good luck to everyone running today.

Well done 👏👏👏. I'm facing this run tomorrow morning and hope I can do it.

Of course you can. If you can do 20 minutes without a break you can do 18 minutes split into 3. Just need to get the pacing right and you'll be fine.
