Very lucky to be able to run round this beautiful place at the moment, have found an 11K route and am loving it. Never been fitter than I am now at 46.
Never too late to start as my mum has found out , and makes a world of difference to your lifestyle.

Hey! I lived in Fishbourne from age 10 and my husband lived in Bosham all his childhood - we moved away from Sussex for work in the mid 90s. He can tell some fabulous stories of playing with his mates at Bosham - they used to cycle off the end of the wall by the sailing club with the bike attached to a rope. How those kids made it through childhood without killing themselves I will never know. Lovely place. We still visit from time to time as his folks are still in Chichester. You are indeed a lucky girl!
