Doing my Virtual Run tomorrow... Christmas Eve...( weather forecast is dire) and maybe Boxing Day...if not too full of yumminess!

I felt moved to make a Christmas offering! Sung to the tune of Deck the Halls...maybe people could sing it as they are running.. or at least hum it? Just a little bit of fun

Yup, I'm in with that one.

The other music thing I plan to do on my run is to listen to the NHS choir song. Downloading a podcast and getting running thanks to the NHS unaccountably didn't make it into the video.
