I'm unfit. Carrying excess weight. And about to hit 60.

Things have got to change 🙁

The 1st step is the hardest, but get your gear on, head out the door and go for it.

It is hard work, I am also carrying extra padding, but it is so worth it.

Change is the thing! Accept that and you can crack on in a positive way. C25k, along with being more mobile in general, are a great a great way to start your fitness plan 🙂

Get organised and you'll do it. You have to be singled minded and determined though!
