Always hardest part is to go through the front door. Once your out there it's easier to keep going. 😺

Come on, put on your gear, get your headphones on, key at the ready to get back in after a successful run. Now walk to the front door, open it, and off you go. 5 minutes walk in the fresh air and then run!

Just do it.... don't allow space or time for feelings. You will feel better once you have done it 😎
