Well out bright and early watching the sun come up over the trees 5 minute warm up and we're off objective to see how far we can get in 50 minutes as that is as much time as I can safely give before going to work and not a fan of running after work. Anyway warm up done and start running according to Garmin pace fairly stable not as good as Wednesdays but hey ho breathing calm so getting the hang of that it might sound weird but I find if I talk to myself the breathing is okay ran mostly on the paths and road but ran through the low mist on the footpath across the cabbage field did that twice spotted the two Rheas we have in the village and one squirrel which you rarely see time getting on so turn for home 6km done finished outside my house in for breakfast and off to work.Next run on Sunday will see how far I can get.

Well done! Keep slowly and carefully chewing up the runs. No hurry! This is the best time of your running life I reckon so be sure to enjoy it. It's a voyage of discovery 😃 Who knows where it might lead

Go very carefully though as we don't want your first port of call to be the doctor's 👩‍⚕️

That was a one off as I was unsure how long it would take and it showed it is to close for comfort to get ready for work 5K is just about acceptable during the week anything like that will be done at the weekend when I can take my time.

Well done Michael !

I had to google " Rheas " I had never heard of them ! :-) They remind me of an ostrich ! Does someone keep them as pets or are they wild ones ? xxx

I think someone keeps them as pets along with the llamas as they are in the same paddock
