Yesterday we woke up to a beautiful morning, just right for my second run of the week...the rain lately has been abit of a pain.My daughter text to say she was off for a 5k and we could do this together. Problem is we live over 100 miles apart! So we decided to run at the same time and think of each other as we ran ,also thinking of her work friend who lost her fight with health problems on Monday😞.

I had a good run, pushed on a little harder ,but thankful for all that I have.Daughter posted in 5 minutes quicker than me ,but it was great to think we were enjoying running together ❤ .

Well done you. What a brilliant idea and so lovely that your both running together, albeit 100 miles apart.

Lovely posting, the distance may have been 100 miles between you two, but the run brought you shoulder to shoulder 🤗

Ah, lovely, we must be close, I’m running the London vitality 10000 on Saturday in aid of the new Macmillan Cancer Unit at Cromer, will be running across Cromer golf course and finishing along Overstrand promenade 🤗

I was up and down that pier a couple of times last summer, staying a few miles south of Cromer on holiday. We'd have gone back there this year had the lurgi not struck.

I did have a few evening walks round the area where we were staying, but this year I'd probably have been finding running routes instead.
