Decided to start over, as I was not able to finish the intervals last week. I'm bummed, but mostly ok with it, as I don't want to rush and hurt myself. I was really sore today, and it took me all day of talking myself into doing it, and then out of doing it, etc, etc, but, ninja-rockstar that I am (haha) 😉, I finally got up, got going, and finished the entire session!! Super pumped, and excited for R2 (part two)!!!!
