Decided to start over, as I was not able to finish the intervals last week. I'm bummed, but mostly ok with it, as I don't want to rush and hurt myself. I was really sore today, and it took me all day of talking myself into doing it, and then out of doing it, etc, etc, but, ninja-rockstar that I am (haha) π, I finally got up, got going, and finished the entire session!! Super pumped, and excited for R2 (part two)!!!!

Well gone for getting out there - it's a great feeling isn't it.

Well done. You did the right thing by repeating the day.
If your life allows it you could run in the morning, that way you avoid having to battle with yourself all day.

If it's any comfort I repeated week one 5 times as I felt like death. Keep going πI've now just completed w8r1 and wouldn't believe I could run for 28 minutes a few months ago πββοΈπββοΈ

+1 for mornings if you can face them - my tip is go to bed an hour earlier and get up half an hour earlier
I have to walk the dog before work so 1/2 hour C25King was never a problem
