Ha ha I've done it! Very slow, but got into a nice rhythm. Calves burning, but it didn't get worse. Can't wait for the start of week6 on Friday

Well done - I'm a week behind you - starting week 5 on Friday - am dreading the 20min run but hope to be posting a success story on here this time next week. Good luck with week 6.

Go for it! I did it last week (after worrying about it for ages). It's a head thing. The program seems to have conditioned my legs to deal with the demands of running for that long, it's just that my brain took a lot of persuading.
Einstein would have been interested by how long the last minute seemed to last though, but I made it
