Wow...like many of you I have never in my adult life been able to run for 20mins without stopping!! Such an achievement!

What I’m more proud of however is how my attitude has changed from thinking ‘how am I going to do this!?’ To ‘there’s no reason why I can’t do this!!’

Only slightly better than my foot in mouth moment this morning. I had my husbands parents and aunt and staying this weekend. Post run shower, I came down and declared to mum, aunt and my husband that I was still pooping instead of sweating!! Where the frig did that come from!? Needless to say my husband was pissing himself laughing 🙈🙈🙈

It definitely is a turning point! And yes I feel great! I’m just amazed at how much my fitness has improved. I was running comfortably. I mean what the hell!? Running and comfortable was some kind of myth for me that I didn’t think could ever be possible 😮😮
Great feeling to know that you can. Continue to take it slowly running in this weather is a challenge. Relax and just think of one run at a time in week 6. Youre comfortable and ready. You can and will do it. 😁❤️
