Congrats on reaching W3R3! And I'm happy to hear you're feeling better with everything, though I hope your back pain gets better soon :)

I've just done W3R1 (literally got back about an hour ago xD), so I'm a couple of runs behind you :) I found last week quite hard, but I realised I was doing the 90 seconds of running way too fast, and things got easier when I slowed down. The first ever run was quite hard too, but oh so satisfying :P How about you - what have you found hardest so far? ^-^

I'm using a treadmill I haven't brave a outside run yet !! I've just completed my run to.today was hardest because all my children are on half term so head space has been biggest issue and getting through the first 3 mins run on week 3 was tough leg burn is my prob I've never run before I'm 38 it's about time x

Well done 👍 you are definitely an inspiration as I sit in the bath with my aching thigh muscles- I've just done W1R2!!

Your back muscles need exercise too! If you are too heavy that is also putting uncecessary strain on your back. Being mobile is good for the back, and losing weight and getting fitter will hopefully help things along. Yoga and Pilates are very good for backs!

Working through the sessions very slowly, while maintaining a healthy diet, should see improvements in your fitness levels and your waistline. You have to maintain this though 🙂✔️👍
