Hooray!

1 and 2 will be no problem.

3 might take a bit longer. It's been 2 years since I graduated 1 and 2 in quick succession, and I'm still waiting for 3 (I'm 90 seconds off!)! Varies from person to person, though!

Main thing is, you are running :D

Yes, well I will have to hang around a bit then! Ha ha!

That is not to say my case will be the same for you! Plenty reach the 30 minute mark quicker, I'm sure! Just thought I would pre-warn you!

Age is but a number! The number of 40+,50+,60+ who beat me at parkrun every week... I'm 26 so I think in the 'younger' demographic of this forum, but by no means amongst the fastest!

Hi Jaxdreamer,

Snap! I've got exactly the same goals (except that I won't graduate this week - I'm a bit behind you at R1W8). Good luck and keep us posted.

The end ( or the beginning !) is in sight. Good luck to you too 🙂

Hmm 1 and 2 fine but don't think I'll ever reach 3. Takes me nearly 40 mins to run 5k ten months after graduation and my first 5k remains one of my fastest ! Speedy I am not.

Well you never know. My husband is older than me and he can do it !

Those are my targets as well. I'm a bit behind you on W7 but have already been a bad boy and run for more than 30 mins so I know I can .. Sticking to the programme though so I'll see you at the finish line.
