Couch to 5k week 6 run 3 completed, 25mins @ 9kph... Need to speed up a bit to do 5k in 30 mins though.

I think it's more about running for thirty minutes with no breaks , rather than trying to cram 5 k into 30 mins.

I think my 5 k time is about 36 minutes.

Good stuff and great progress. As stated above, forget 5k in 30 minutes for the time being. If you really want to get there then start doing parkruns after you complete C25K. Good luck!

Good job so far. Put that 5k out of your mind and focus on 30 minutes. Then after W9R3 if you want to do it, start some interval work and endurance runs and the 6 minute kilometres will come. First things first though, smash the rest of the programme.

All you have to do to graduate is run for thirty mins three times. There is no requirement to do 5k. That's for later. You can build up to it steadily afterwards. I'm running 5k in just under 45 mins and am happy with that. Speed isn't my thing! 🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌
