Blimey that was much harder than w1. Determined not to give up though. Gone back to Micheal, as I feel when he says you are doing great , l believe him that I won't die

who would have thought that 30 seconds was such a long period in time .

we have all been where you are and just take your time and don't listen to the Gremlins

You can do this jut take it 1 day at a time and you will get there

I agree, did it yesterday and noticed the difference in the last 3 runs. I thought they were never going to end!

Try thinking of it not as the runs are getting tougher each week now - but that YOU are becoming tougher BECAUSE you are running them.

No way did I think I could do this mornings run when I was at the stage you are - but just take it slow and steady and you'll be fine.
