Great stuff, I haven't taken my smartphone on a run- just use stopwatch to time the run/walk bursts, works for me but don't get the morale boosting words from the trainer, All the best!

I don't own a smartphone but take the podcast on my MP3 player - I really like having Laura talking to me and timing the runs and walks for me

I always use my phone to play the podcasts. I bought a cheap mp3 player and had no issues with it but felt I needed my phone with me just in case. If i hurt myself or just cant go any farther I like the idea that i can phone home and summon a lift!

I got one of those armband thingies from Amazon or Ebay. Cheap as chips and works great. Makes me look like a proper runner!!

Well done. I've just finished wk1, think I'm going to repeat it though as still can't do all the 60 second runs without walking part of the way. Still pleased that I've done it though!
