Just finished W5R3 and had to share...I did it! I felt great and wasn't even that red in the face when I got back. Loving this program. I'm doing nhs 12 week plan at same time and have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks but most of all I'm just feeling so much better about myself. Been a gym goer for years but nothing beats the great outdoors. Roll on week 6. Happy running everyone.

And happy running to you! Doesn't it feel fantastic to run those 20 min (well to have run those 20 min!)? Well done and enjoy that feeling of accomplishment. Watch out for w6r1 though. For some reason I didn't like it, probably going back to intervals. I was in a foul mood right through that run but it doesn't affect everyone that way. Just keep in the back of your mind that it could be a bit of a struggle.
That's fantastic. I'm doing my w5r3 tomorrow

Well done , thats a major milestone in the programme and you nailed it !
Yes Week 6 can be a bit tricky as its back to the intervals , but just keep doing what youve been doing, you will be fine !
