W4r3 done! Instead of going to pub😀

I can't believe I chose to do this jog/walk instead of end of the week drinks! Pleased I did, it was hot and hard work but actually ok. I stopped on my way back from work and ran somewhere new and there were hills which was a bit of shock and no pavements which was great. Bring on week 5. I think?!😬

Thanks! It's an enclosure on my daily commute to work. Didn't realise there was a hill the other side. A good change from my usual route

Looks like a great place to run. Pub will always be there later, tomorrow or anytime outside the three sacred half hour blocks you carve out for your runs! Best of luck next week ( I just did 5 this week) it's ok really, as people keep saying, all in your head.

Cheers, I read your post about completing week 5, well done! 😁 I am a bit anxious about it, like a mental hill looming. I run every other day and I think I will be away the day I should do it so will be running somewhere new. Wondered what I should do for a route? I might put a post on here see if anyone has any ideas for a good run in Guildford. If I don't do it when I plan to I worry I won't do it at all. Excuses!
