Took this photo earlier this week and decided to post it as you are all complaining about how hot you have it back in uk π¬π§. The sea around Newfoundland freezes every winter and in May it breaks up and melts. If it's too hot inland, running by the coast can be much more pleasant!
Hope this cools you all down : Took this photo... - Couch to 5K

That looks good to me, I've always hated being hot and much prefer to be cold. I'm the weirdo you see walking around in a t-shirt when it's snowing.
How did R2 go on Wednesday?
Nailed it and I'm looking forward to the famous 20 mins tomorrow, should be near perfect weather, dry and around 10 degrees ( my favourite) if I go mid morning. I will be sure to post my report, although you may hear me yelling, all the way form hereπππ
What a lovely view
