I only went and did it...my first official run of the c25k!! Woohoo!!!!!
It actually wasn't as bad as I thought once I got over feeling like an idiot and doing my best to ignore the local kids playing football!!
Annnnnd I managed to jog (v.slowlyπ’) the whole 60 seconds!!
Legs feeling a bit achey but I did some simple stretches after the warm down and am now showered and feeling good!! Rest day tomorrow then bring on Friday!!!! ππ

What a great idea! Well done for getting to week two...it seems a long way off weirdly enough but I'm more determined to carry on this journey with all of you on this site!! Ill make sure to check out your YouTube vids and like them! Well done us!
Aww thanks my vlog isn't great but I really want to finish this plan and loose some weight and more importantly feel better and fitter. This forum seems great xx good luck for your next run

I started my first week, first run this evening too, like you, I did a very slopoooow jog lol. I can't do next one till Sunday though as I just can't fit it in the next few days.
The trainers were really comfortable, I didn't even know I was wearing them which is good!! Feeling a bit achey this morning but I'm sure as I start to move it will pass!!
