I have been doing the C25k for two months now and still in week 5, work keeps me busy so I can't do three runs per week.
I did w5 r2 for the second time yesterday, and I sort of master it! However, I am more than scared of r3, 20min?? Really??

the program is designed to make sure you're ready for the next run so if you completed run 2 then you are ready for run 3. Everyone is scared of it but it really is the best run so you will love it
Be rational.......what is there to fear?
Each run, even if you don't complete it, is building your ability and stamina, so each run is training for the next one. If you don't complete you will still be stronger than you were before and you repeat it, then move on.
Relax and enjoy it.
Don't let any one run build up to be too big in your mind. You are admitting defeat before you even start. You can do it, plenty of people already have. W5R3 is the one people are most proud of because it is the first time we just run without intervals. But those walking intervals have been an important part of building your stamina - which is why you return to them briefly in W6.
However, W5 is not the hardest run. Your body is prepared, you just need to focus your mind and get your game face on - you've got this
Thabk you all for your support. I actually managed to do the 20min jon-stop, and it wasn't that bad! I could had carry on for longer...only run about 2km, tho, was scared of increasing the pase and don't make it
