At last! Week 9 run 3 done ( 3 years after I first started!)

After three weeks off with a sore muscle I finally attempted week 9 run 3 not thinking that I'd finish it because of the lack of running recently but I actually found it comfortable. Ok, not comfortably but not uncomfortable either. Just running. With wings... in my head at least! Do I deserve a graduate badge? I bloody well think I do! With diamante sparkly knobs on! Thanks to everyone here for the support and advice. This community is awesome and I'm hoping there's similar help on the 5k+ site as I love the comraderie. Cheers. 🍸 Did my 5 minute warm up then 30 mins running then 5 minute cool down turned into 8 minutes as I wanted to hit the 5k mark. Slow but got there. 😜
