Never in a million years did I ever think I could do week 4, but I did this morning !

I really didn't want to get up and run this morning but I knew if I didn't I'd regret it and be in a bad mood, so I got up and did it !!! Yeah 😁 I just zoned out and ran is that normal ? 😃x
