Week 3 done!

I didn't stick to my planned schedule this week due to unexpected work commitments but week 3 is done and I'm feeling really proud. New trainers made a difference. I usually start the new week on a Sunday and it's a convenient day for running former me but, since I did a run yesterday, I suppose I need to stick to the plan and have a rest day?

Oh yes...never, ever miss a rest day...it is just not worth it. The IC is not the place to be, even with new trainers :)

Well done you anyway...!

If it is any consolation, Sunday is my favourite run day too, but I have still got a back issue ( non running related., small granddaughter lifting related :)) and even though it is absolutely gorgeous out there.. I have made myself, not do it!!

I finished week 3 yesterday and if I don't go today cannot go until Thursday so I am going today.
