2nd week in the bag

Enjoyed 2nd week. Although, run2 was hard. It rains both on run 2 and 3. Hence, l did not drive to run in the nice flat common. Instead l ran on the road from home. It was tough as l leave in a hilly area. Run is harder and l will definitely run on the common. Any advice for week 3 please. Enjoy your weekend.

You're ready for week 3 because you've followed the programme and done the first two weeks. Just keep doing what you're doing. Slow, slow.

Well done for getting this far and for tackling hills at this stage although it's probably wise to leave those until after graduation!

Totally agree with the hill. But the rain messed things up.

Hi just found your post sounds as though you are doing well. Starting week 3 myself on Monday I will probably try to pick out a flat circuit to start with too. Good luck with it👍

You too

Well done. I am saving hills for some (as yet undecided) date in the future! when I was at week 2, week 3 looked so daunting. But (as is oft said) the programme works and it will work for you. Keep faith :)
