C25K - WK9 Parkrun!

Final run of my 9 wk C25K this morning - the Armagh Parkrun! From a total non-runner to 5k in 9 weeks. To anyone who says they can't do this please give it a go!! If I can anyone can!! Overweight, over 45 and chronically unfit working mum - it can still be done!!

Feeling terrified, excited - longest run so far for 30 mins is 4.3k so hoping the adrenaline kicks in and carries me the last 700m ๐Ÿ˜Š

See you on the other side peeps!!
