Wk 2 R3

Completed week 2, I'm so pleased with myself. I really didn't feel like doing this at my usual time of 8am as it was my birthday yesterday and I over indulged in both food and wine 😊 However by lunchtime I'd decided I needed to get out there and get it done and I even managed to add an extra 20 seconds of running. 😁 I'm note sue how I feel about week 3 but going to give it a go on Monday.
