Up early so run completed by 6.30 am- a good feeling to think that I am already a bit fitter than I was only 2 weeks ago πŸ™‚

Thanks it does feel good to go out early although only 3 weeks ago I'd never would have imagined I'd be running along at 6.15 am --so strange what this program does! πŸ˜€
