I missed yesterday as my mum was up and really missed it!
Started week 2 today in my new shiny trainers, new sports bra and and vest top. Think this helped me feel less self conscious, it occurred to me that the passers by have no clue if I had just started running or had been running for miles, which helped. I think was dreading the 90 seconds but it was fine actually with lots of puffing and panting.
Can anyone tell me if they do stretches before and after or not please? Obliging trainer picture attached 😊
