Completed W9R3 this morning. Feeling very satisfied.
Made the mistake of also deciding to see how close 5k I could get before I ran out of steam and changing my route. Landed up taking wrong path, was way more hilly than I was used to so only managed about 4.5km and had a very long walk home. Now I've got to decide what to do next, but so pleased with my self right now.

Many congratulations to you πππΎπ It's a great achievement and you should be very proud.
Although there's loads you can do after graduation I think many graduates jump too quickly into increasing distance/getting faster etc and end up burning out or getting injured. Read Irish-John 's post "still learning the basics......"
Why don't you just run on a regular basis and get the discipline ingrained? Run because you can and enjoy it.
Then, after a while you can try something else.
But in the meantime enjoy the epic feeling of having graduated π€
