Just done run 2. That last 3 minutes is tough, but I've managed it twice. Just.

Don't worry, take each run as it comes and have faith in the programme.

You've done so well to get to the end of W3 so I know you'll be just fine with future runs.

Just make sure you do as you're told, keep it slow, slow and if you need to slower still and take your rest days.

I did it so I know you can. Happy Running!

I bet if you had to do W1R1 again you'd find it a lot easier than you did at the time. When you finish the programme you'll look back at this run fondly and wonder why you fretted. The point I'm making is that you're getting fitter and stronger with each run. Follow the programme and you'll be fine.

I feel exactly the same!!

I'm really worried I won't be able to do it!

I've got 1 run left of week 3 I'm so nervous about starting week 4!!

The only consolation I have is that I felt the same about the step up to 3 minutes. Well, that and the fact that so many people here have said they've done it front be same starting points.

I'm halfway through week 4. Finding it as tough as week 1 but no more. Just keep telling yourself you CAN do it 🙂
