90 seconds wasn't quite as bad as I thought it'd be but getting real achey pain below by right ankle bone. Not turned it so think it's probably just weak- wots best extra days rest or stick to plan n get an ankle support?

The ache experienced probably is due to slight fatigue and hopefully nothing to worry about.

To improve the endurance of muscles and ligaments of your lower legs and feet, seek to incorporate strengthening exercises, so that they're better placed to handle to forces placed through them with each foot fall, thus, reducing the risk of injury.
