Got the hubby to tag along today and had a really great run-walk around our local area. Found new lands I have never explored in the 7 years I've been here and met the local sheep. I can't believe how much I am enjoying the podcasts. Roll on run 3!

Me too! Early days but if it carries on like this it can only be a good thing.

Lovely photo! I have the same kind of viaduct tunnel where I walk the dog. I did a double take there 😃

I walk everywhere so have scoured most of my local area now either with the dog or on my runs, or combining the two. As you get better at running you can cover more ground on running errands

That' comes later but it's one of the unexpected benefits of being able to run

Have fun! Keep going really slowly 🙂.

Thank you. It was a real treat when we came across it and thankfully it was a rest period so could march on the spot a little to get a cheeky snap.

We always drive somewhere to walk the dogs but I think we may as well just head out of the front door from now on! There are so many lovely footpaths everywhere.

Roll on run 3 now!

Just wait till you get to the later weeks! I've lived in Cambridge nearly 25 years, since I started running I've seen parts of it I never knew existed! That's the main joy of running for me, where it takes you. Enjoy!

That's what I'm finding at the minute. I've run before but never interval training like this. I just set off now rather than meticulously plotting a route. Freedom!
