Just completed run 1, week 2. Can't quite get the breathing right but I will work at it. 😄
Week 2: Just completed run 1, week 2. Can't... - Couch to 5K
Week 2

Yes, work at it, try slowing down...
I had the same problem with the breathing this morning on the same run 1 week 2 😂 but at least we are trying.....

Try using your foot steps to regulate breathing inhale on 1, 2, 3 steps and exhale on 1, 2, 3 steps etc... Try it on 2 or 3 or even 4 steps for the inhale and the exhale. IE: Inhale on 1, 2, 3, 4 step and exhale on 1, 2, 3, 4. Get a rhythm going. AND MOST IMPORTANT, Pace yourself to a comfy breathing rate.

Breathe, two, three, four 😃
Just slow down and breathe normally. Don't worry, it will sort itself out

Slow down.. and at this stage. just breathe as if feels right for you. There is so much to think about at the start
Take it ever so gently and just breathe as gently. It does come, honestly... A bit like blinking... if you over think it..it all goes pear shaped
Well done anyway... follow the programme and keep posting your runs...
