Week 1 run 3 done 😅

Thanks to advice on here about slowing down, really paid off and I have finished the first week feeling really inspired to tackle the second week. I have also recorded my run/walks on an app so I can see progress. This is really helpful to me as I know it's not all about how long or how far but it's still nice to see what you've accomplished. I feel much more motivated about lots of things now and can't wait to start week 2 (slowly!)
