Just finished week 2 run 2. I'm astounded at myself that I'm actually enjoying it! I haven't run since school and I'm nearly 37 now so it's quite a leap. Like others, I think I started off at the beginning of last week going too fast and exhausted myself - it's much better now I'm pacing myself. Still not exactly easy though!
