What do you do on your rest days? I'm starting to get more energy (hoping this will last!) and finding I'm missing the run on my days rest. Does that mean I'm getting the bug?!

Yep..you are getting the bug..and on rest days...walk..yoga...swimming...cycling..strength and flex...any other exercise you fancy...to build up core strength and stamina...just,don't run...π
How about exercised that complement the running? Core strengthening, leg strengthening? Or the 7-min-exercise? Anything goes!
Rest day is for rest. Do something else, read, dance, visit someone, go to cinema and tomorrow you can run as much you like. There is more to life than jogging and running. π
I tend to do strength training with weights. I stream YouTube videos on NowTV and follow the workouts. I find Jessica Smith TV is brilliant for women's strength workouts.
After 4 years of running, I run everyday, but I wouldn't recommend that! I suggest following the strength and flex programme : healthunlocked.com/strength...
I do spinning and bodypump classes which I love. Lots of people walk, cycle and swim too.... the world is your oyster π
