Week 9 cream crackered update

Its the morning after the night before and im here at gatwick airport , with i might say a bloody big grin on my face and a lovely glowing feeling cascading through my very being (blimey that sounds poncey but true ) . No aches or pains apart from the usual ones , so my little off piste adventure didnt hurt as much as i thought it would. Truth told im on top of the world this morning .

IF YOURE A NEWBIE AND WONDERING WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR TAKE NOTE

Anyone can do this , especially if you get to enjoy a little run .

Your not doing this to see no result at the end of it , are you ? So along the way you are gonna get aches , pains etc and moments when you only got 30 seconds of a run left and you just wanna stop and drop , dont keep going . There will be moments of sheer joy , high emotions as you achieve your goals . Mine was just to be able to run 3k and ive done it but also achieved the mile, the 3k and a long winded 5k . But all the trials and tribulations will be worth it . YOUR WORTH IT .. .GO ON BECOME A RUNNER IN 9 WEEKS . I HAVE LOL
