Is it just me or is the 2nd run of the week harder than the 1st?
I did it though and that's the main thing, on the last running interval I felt beat so looked at my phone, saw I only had 24 seconds left and pushed through, if I feel the same on Friday I'm going to give myself a telling off and carry on regardless

I completed week2 run2 today aswell, ive felt it more on my legs today and came home looking like a beetroot more then i did last time. I was so glad when that last run was over and was able to get the 5min walk home, i got home slumped on the sofa and nodded off for a hour lol
I only wish I got chance to nod off, as soon as I got through the door my 2yo son shouted "daddy's back"! And ran at me so I spent the next half an hour getting climbed on, but, he is one of my reasons for doing this, I was able to run around with my older kids and I want to be able to do the same this time around.
Now, your body will protest... it probably was not sure the first week, then thought.. eeek, what on earth is going on... this week!
Just take it every steady and very slowly and you will get there...The pesky mind gremlins try every trick in the book...ignore them.... they hate that
I just have one question, everything I go out I am determined to pace myself better but the first two runs are always quicker than I want so I find myself slowing right down for the last couple. How do I regulate my pace so I get more consistency through the six runs?
And the gremlins were out in force for the last one, if I'd not looked at the timer I fear I would of slowed to a walk, but I didn't so I'm well chuffed with myself but at the same time I'm kicking myself by not being able to start at a slower pace
