Hey everyone. I had my first run of Week 6 today. It was a tad too sunny so I did feel really hot sometimes. Anyway I managed to run 3.83km in the 34 minutes.Each week the distance I can run goes up so hopefully by week 9 I will be covering 5km or at least over 4km in that time.

Stop looking at your distance. It has no bearing at all. The goal is 30 mins of running
I know. But seeing the distance go up each week is nice. It's just something I like aspiring to. Obviously I never push myself to complete a certain distance. I just use it to gauge how far my fitness has improved each week. The most important thing is the time
