Couch to 5K


Went out in a uneven field yesterday with my son and put my foot down a hole as I was jogging across it to fetch a ball! Jarred my knee and ankle and it's still sore today. I was due to do week3 run2 this morning. but don't think I should as it's a bit sore. I can walk on it but I'm worried about making it worse. It's also been uncomfortable on the front of my other ankle for a week or 2 but jogging doesn't make it worse. Any suggestions?

Then rest up or until it's better! don't run if your getting pain, if in doubt leave it out! the runs can wait, your health always comes first.
