Just completed C25K week 6 run 3 my first 25min. Feeling really pleased and body is good but distance was only 3.67Km . I know distance is not everything but really can not seem to up my pace how long have people found it's took to be able to do this?

Don't worry about pace. For now concentrate on completing the programme. The main thing is to get to the end, in good shape, then spend time consolidating. After that you can start to increase your pace, your distance or whatever goals you have in mid, perhaps use the c25k+ podcasts.

Stepping Stones or C25k+. Still with Laura ☺ they are excellent! You are not ready for those yet though

Before you get faster you have to get stronger which takes time. Be patient, keep slowly plugging away and you will get there ☺
