Just completed C25K week 6 run 3 my first 25min. Feeling really pleased and body is good but distance was only 3.67Km . I know distance is not everything but really can not seem to up my pace how long have people found it's took to be able to do this?

Don't worry about pace. For now concentrate on completing the programme. The main thing is to get to the end, in good shape, then spend time consolidating. After that you can start to increase your pace, your distance or whatever goals you have in mid, perhaps use the c25k+ podcasts.
Thank you did not know there where more podcast will definitely look them up. Do they have a title?
