Im supposed to be doing my week 3 run 3 today but I've had a very busy day and lots of walking so im wondering if I should leave it until tomorrow. Im leaning towards doing it today but I was wondering if doing it when tired could end up bad.

I'd go for it. Often when I feel tired and lethargic doing some exercise (especially outdoors) is invigorating.
If you think it may refresh and buck you up... go for it.. slow and steady, it could just refresh you.. I know when I make that effort, I am always glad I did
As long as you don't feel unwell.. it will be fine
