When you think ... I need to run today but I can’t because ...
Just do it.
If it pains bad .. stop
If it niggles keep running and see how it goes ... if it starts to pain bad .. stop
If you’re tired ... try and give it a go ... you might feel better for trying
If you’ve had a bad day definitely do it
All I can say is trust your own judgement but unless your seriously injured and in pain or ill 🤒 🤧😷 try ...
We can always think of a million reasons not to do but...
Once you start ... those reasons usually disappear so long as you..

Don’t expect too much too soon.
This is an amazing program and all I can say is don’t doubt your abilities... if you follow the advice and the programme to a T you will truly surprise yourself with what you are capable of.
