So, went back to the treadmill this morning and managed 30 minutes of running. I bloody well ran for 30 fat long minutes! I can't quite believe it but the treadmill says so. This has confirmed by suspicions from Thursday that the treadmill is definitely easier for me than outside and running in the morning is better than after work. I am so happy today. Two more runs and I can graduate. Happy days.

So pleased for you, I cannot wait to get there but I'm only on week 4 run 2 at the moment. I will get there, I am determined and with all the support of you lovely people on this forum, I know I will achieve it. Huge hugs and thank you to you all 😄
