Week 9 run 1

Graduation week is finally here. I've really enjoyed c25k but it feels like this week has been coming for a lot longer than it actually has. To celebrate I bought myself some actual running shoes. That means I'm an actual runner now right?!

Another great run. That's 3 in a row now!

Mapped my run to see how far off the 5km I am in 30 minutes and how hard I'll need to push in future runs.

Couldn't quite believe my eyes when I see 5.06km achieved in 30 minutes!

9 weeks ago I didn't think I could run 1km. Or run for more than 2 minutes.

I owe c25k a lot!!!!

Well done! A great time for where you've come from, consolidate these runs for now, then in the future you may be able to take the time down to the lower 20s..😊
