I did week 5 day 2 on Wednesday. It was unexpected. Two 8 minute runs. I did it though with no extra pauses. I struggled a bit on week 4, had to take a little bit longer walks between the first two runs last week. Week 5 has gone really good so far. I hope I can do the 20 minute run tomorrow.

I thought I would struggle but it wasn't so bad as I thought . After the first five minutes I kind of got into a rhythm and by the time I got to the end I felt like I could have probably kept going longer . Good luck let us know how you go

I did it! I ran the whole twenty minutes and it felt awesome!
